Every job runs the same way. Whoever walks the property with you is the one who writes up the scope, and the crew listed on that scope is the crew that shows up. It spells out the prep, the primer and how many finish coats each surface gets, sample patches go up for your approval before paint is ordered, and the work area is protected and tidied at the end of each day.
We are licensed, insured and bonded under California Contractor’s License #585047. Proof is sent whenever you ask, and association, apartment and commercial bids include a certificate of insurance and a W-9.
Boards, property managers and contractors receive the documents their approvals call for: product data sheets, color submittals, a schedule broken into phases, and a final punch list walked together before closeout.
